Lee Cinco LLC, Management Consulting was founded in Brandon, FL by Dr. Stephen Lee, an Air Force Veteran. Dr. Lee, a service-disabled veteran attended the Air War College and completed his Ph.D. at Northcentral University, in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. He also got his Master's of Business Administration at the University of Phoenix and obtained a graduate certificate in Legislative Affairs from Georgetown University. Dr. Lee started his career in Los Angeles at AFB as a Stock Fund manager, he then transferred to Wright Patterson AFB as a life cycle logistician where he worked on ACAT I and II acquisition programs for Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance and Foreign Military Sales Division. While at Wright Patterson AFB, he implemented various integrated product teams and developed many item unique identification working groups. Dr. Lee then went on to work in Congress for Congressman Jim Cooper, he focused on various issues related to Defense Research, Foreign Relations in Africa, (Asia/Pacific), Europe and Latin America, Homeland Security, and Veterans Affairs programs. He also worked at the Pentagon as the Chief of Support Equipment and Automatics Test Sets for the Air Force and at the Republic of Korea Logistics as a Sustainment Manager for the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office in Arlington, VA. In 2022, Dr. Lee decided to start Lee Cinco, LLC, where even as a disabled veteran, he still continues to serve his country, specializing in defense contracting.
